This Isn’t Just a Golf Bag

Micah Candeletta-Burklin

Golf has been more than a sport to me for the past decade. It has been a personal outlet, a community, and a continuous journey of self-improvement. I love the way the game teaches patience and resilience and how it brings people together out in the fresh air.

As a father, I always looked forward to the day I could share that experience with my kids. With our firstborn, I had him out on the course with me from the time he was crawling. As he got older, his love for the game only grew. And pretty quickly, I noticed a pattern. He wanted everything I had. Clubs, glove, hat, polo — all the essentials. We found ways to get him his own versions of each, and it made him feel like he truly belonged out there. Then came the moment when he realized he did not have his own golf bag. He simply asked if he could get one.

Naturally, I wanted to make that happen. But when I started searching, I was surprised by the lack of options. What was available either did not make sense in size, felt flimsy, or lacked thoughtful design and features. That moment is what set me on the path to build something better. A golf bag made just for young kids, one that reflects the way they see the game and their place in it.

It started as a simple thought to make a better golf bag for my son. But the more I leaned into the idea, the more I realized it was turning into something much more meaningful. This was not just about building a better golf bag. It became about giving young children a real way to feel part of the game. To hold their own gear, feel confident being on the course, and know they belong.

We were not just designing a product. We were building a tool for empowerment.

Our golf bags are intentionally designed for kids ages three to six. They are lightweight, easy to carry, and sized just right for small shoulders and growing confidence. But what they really carry is more than just clubs. They carry pride. Autonomy. Inclusion. It is a small thing that makes a big difference.

This is not just a golf bag. It is a symbol of belonging.

When kids feel included, the course becomes theirs. They stop spectating and start participating. They gain confidence not just in golf but in themselves. And that is where the love for the game begins. Not in competition or technique, but in the feeling that they are part of something.

So yes, we care deeply about quality and design. But what matters most is what the bag gives back to the child. Confidence. Independence. And the chance to fall in love with golf on their own terms.

Because when the experience starts with belonging, it becomes something they will want to keep coming back to. Swing after swing. Season after season.
