Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy on domestic orders. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international purchases.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
