Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when received — unused and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at support@ranagolf.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
